Direct Billing, ICBC & Worksafe

We offer direct billing with most major insurance providers for your convenience. We also accept and bill directly to ICBC for auto accident claims and process WorkSafeBC claims for chiropractic care. Let us handle the paperwork so you can focus on your recovery! Here's how it works:

Third party insurance

Provide us with your primary and secondary third party insurance information. We can then submit it on your behalf. Whatever your insurance does not cover, you will be responsible for.

If you have questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance company.

ICBC

ICBC pre-approves you for care, for the first 12 weeks following your motor vehicle accident, simply provide us your claim number, and schedule your appointments. 

If we're out of the pre-approved period, we can file for an extension for you. 

Chiropractic and acupuncture services are fully covered, RMT appointments are partially covered and will require a co-pay based on the length of treatment. 

Worksafe BC

We accept WSBC claims for chiropractic care only. Have your claim information ready, and we will be able to provide 8 weeks of treatment to help with your recovery.
